Topographic / Land Surveys

The main staple of a Chartered Land Surveyor and one of our key area’s of expertise. I have always enjoyed this area of my work and continue to do so. It takes me to some really varied, wonderful projects and as such is an integral part of our work. I have surveyed many different landscapes, for different purposes. Every project is different and requires a logical problem solving survey solution. We can help to provide that solution.

Measured Building Surveys

Floor plans, Elevations, Sections and all other aspects of measured building surveys. It is not an easy task to survey and draw up accurate measured plans. I have been surveying buildings, large and small for most of my career and it takes a good amount of expertise to produce accurate and detailed drawings confidentently. I am also very offay with listed buildings, cob and stone etc, and happy to survey or provide solutions on how to do so for any project.

Boundary Surveys

All aspects of boundary survey can be considered, it is vital that these forms of surveys are handled with due care and attention from the start of the process. With desktop analysis, on site surveys and field verifictaion of physical and topographic features. We can issue boundary plans, initial letters of opinion all the way through to CPR (Civil Procedure Rules) compliant expert witness reports for boundary matter. As Chartered surveyors we provide an impartial reference to help with all boundary issues. We will always firstly try to help resolve any disagreements without the need for litigation or tribunal.

Larger scale surveys with scan imagery undertaken and BIM modelling produced where appropriate.

Drone surveys with 3D image models for importing into 3D modelling software. all projects considered for hard to reach areas such as roofs, or a quick modelling solution.
